I enjoyed the stunning interior design and the luxurious spa area. The pool, steam room, and sauna were fantastic. I utilized them daily. My room felt spacious and was spotlessly clean. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the main sites. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating, which made checking in and out smooth. However, noise from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive, affecting my sleep. On my second night, I was woken early by loud street sounds and renovations starting on the floor above. The breakfast was good, but I found it a bit pricey for what was offered. Also, I wished there were coffee-making facilities in the room for that extra comfort. Overall, the hotel offers high quality but has some issues with sound insulation and amenities in the room.

would definitely return
The room was nicely designed with hardwood floors, air conditioning, and a minibar. The bathroom had a rain shower and high-end toiletries. Spa facilities included an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was top-notch with locally sourced options and made-to-order eggs.

The location is fantastic, just steps away from the central market square, making it convenient for exploring Krakow. The hotel has unique architecture with exposed stone, concrete, and glass that adds to its charm. My room was spacious and had heated floors in the bathroom, which I loved. The staff were really friendly and efficient. However, I did have an issue with a light in the room that wouldn't turn off, and the replacement room was noisy, so I didn’t get much sleep. The breakfast buffet stood out, with a large variety and high quality. Although the food was good, a bit more attention to room maintenance would elevate the experience significantly.

Comfortable Stay with Great Location
We enjoyed a pleasant stay with the convenience of two indoor pools available at any time. The location made everything within walking distance, perfect for exploring Krakow. Pro tip, consider dining at nearby restaurants as breakfast at the hotel was underwhelming compared to local options!

The hotel offers a prime location and stunning architecture, making it an enjoyable stay overall, though room selection is crucial. I encountered noise from nearby establishments at night. The staff were accommodating, but having no dedicated passage to the spa was a bit inconvenient.

I stayed in a double room for 6 nights. The room was pretty stylish, with unique designs and good layout. It felt clean and really comfortable overall. I loved the big bathroom, even though it only had a shower. The heating was nice too! But the pillows could be better, and I’d have liked tea-making facilities in the room. The lighting was a bit complicated to figure out in bed. Still, the vibe was cozy and inviting.

The location was just off the main square, making it super convenient for everything we wanted to do. The staff, especially at the reception, were brilliant and genuinely seemed to care about our experience, always asking if we needed anything
It wasn’t overly expensive but still on the pricier side for our budget.

Loved the rooftop bar with stunning views and delicious drinks. The spa area was a nice retreat for the family after exploring. Plus, it was great having our non-service dog with us during our stay in this centrally located hotel.
My kids wished the pool area had more family-friendly activities.
